As a newly appointed royal minister, brought in after the previous minister was dismissed, you take up your post in an uncertain period. The two of you have been loyal to the king since you both rose through the ranks together. After the previous king died under mysterious circumstances, the current king took his place. You were sent to strengthen the eastern part of the kingdom and your victories have won new lands and riches for your king, your soldiers and yourself. The last three assassination attempts, the mercifully failed ones, have left the entire kingdom on the edge.
